Thank you!

Well, it's my birthday and I have been truly blessed....I came to my computer this morning to find out that my DT had put together a surprise birthday blog hop for me! I am getting ready to start the hop now but I wanted to publicly thank them for being so sweet :). It brings tears to my eyes and makes me feel very special.

THANK YOU!! I love you all so very much!!

Salvation FULL & FREE!

"But God commendeth his love toward us in that while we were sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life."

Romans 5:8-10

So what does this mean?

God proved his love for us, sinners, through the death of his sinless Son. This death was not accidental. It was sacrificial and necessary for the reconciliation of sinners. The penalty for sin is death. However, there is hope in Christ! His death on the cross paid the price for your sins and mine and brings forgiveness from and peace with God. Christ's resurrection and present ministry in heaven keep us saved. Once you have accepted this precious gift, you can never lose it! AMEN!
