July Sweet Peek #6 & A Reason to be THANKFUL

I'm keeping this part short and sweet because I have much more to share after the peek....

Here is today's Sweet Peek from a new set called Love is Like a Tree....be sure to join us tonight at The Sweet 'n Sassy Connection for our release party and full reveals :).

Now on to much more important things....

If ever I have anything to be thankful for today I am thankful that my husband is still with us....yesterday afternoon the phone rang and on the other line was my husband telling me to come get him, he had just totaled his van (work van). Of course all kinds of things started racing through my head as I drove to the scene of the accident. When I came around the turn and saw his van smashed into a huge tree my heart sank and I immediately thanked God for sparing his life. I have never seen anything so frightening. It is a miracle he wasn't trapped inside much less WALKED away. I believe his guardian angel was working overtime yesterday and he may have even called in for back up ;).

The "what ifs" keep running through my mind but the important thing is that my hubby is ok. No broken bones (can you believe it???) just lots of bruises and a sore shoulder.

I have lots more pics on my Facebook wall if you want to see more, but just these show you how thankful we are that Dan is ok.

Join me in praising God for is continued watch care. He is so good!!!!

See you tonight at the release party!

Oh, I'm so thankful he is ok! I totally feel for him with the bruises and sore shoulder. Mine still hurts from my accident back in April. His muscles will probably be good and sore - and even weak - once the adrenalin rush wears off. Tell him to be sure to relax and don't overdo it!!!!!

Praise the Lord for our guardian angels!!!!!!

I have been reading about the faithfulness of the Lord lately. I am so sorry to hear of your husband's accident, but rejoice with you as God's protection and mercy were poured out in the midst of what could have been a tragedy. I may be a little late to the party tonight, but I'm looking forward to being there! All of the samples have been fabulous! Blessings to you!

Sooooooo thankful Dan is ok! The rest of the details will work out. Praying for the grace to choose to focus on the 'be thankfuls' instead of the 'what could have beens'!! Hugs to you!

This is just frightening to see!! It almost seems impossible that he wasn't more seriously injured, but thankfully that didn't happen! Whew!!!
